Uniform powder dispersion in PI and integrated coating

Once functional powders enter PI, value and risk scale together: poor dispersion becomes a defect source; proper dispersion and interfaces can write dielectric, thermal, or other functions into a film-forming system.

“Integrated coating” means uniformity is not only a slurry appearance—it survives drying and cure with target microstructure and macroscopic film quality. That needs material compatibility, process windows, and shared metrology language. Public pages stay at capability framing only.
